How to initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: To begin the return process, please reach out to our team at organicrootspro.orders@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Reason for Return: We value your feedback tremendously. Kindly let us know why you’d like to return the product when contacting us.
- Return Authorization: If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a return shipping address and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Refund process:
Once we receive your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund. You will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return, or if you have any questions or need assistance with your return, please contact us at organicrootspro.orders@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy:
All orders are considered final once the payment has been processed, therefore orders may not be cancelled. Once your package arrives at your address, should you wish to return it for a refund, please refer to our refund / return policy as stated above.
